Palak Pasta
Ingredients for palak

1 tsp Musturd seed
1 tsp cumin seed
2 green chilli / 1 red chilli / some red chilli powder
1 paprika
1 pc of ginger
1 tsp dhaniya (tasteless mama masala)
1 tsp garam masala (khichri )
1tsp basilikum leaves
150 ml tomato puree
-->Please dont add oninion or garlic ,it only spoils the taste
-->Keep all the ingredients ready,as you will be challenged for time when oil is hot
Method to cook pasta.
Heat 5 tsp of oil in a pan with a single seed of musturd in the pan.When the oil hot enough that you see the single mustard seed spluttering,add the chopped green chilli ,dont panic when it starts to splutter.In the next 2 mins you have to grate the ginger to the pan,add a small tsp of dhaniya,add small tsp of garam masala,add 1 tsp of basilikum and stirr the stuff in the pan to distribute the masala evenly in the oil.The art is not to let the masala burn or stick to the pan but only hot enough to dissolve the aroma in the oil.When the process is on the edge,ie when you see that the stuff starts to burn,add 150ml of tomato puree or 2-3 raw tomatoes.Stirr continously to avoid the stuff from sticking to the pan.If you feel the need,reduce the temp of the stove.after the masla mixes well into the tomato puree and the tomato puree seems a little fried.Add 600 gms of palak to the pan and continue to stirr regularly.From now on u are responsible not to allow the palak to stick to the pan.Two ways to avoid it,if you have enough time cook the palak in low flame till it boils else stirr continously with high flame.I would recommend to add salt in the end according to taste.Be aware that the rham palak has salt in it.

Ingredients
500 gms Pasta
1.5 L water in a vessel
1 tsp salt according to taste

method.
Boil 1.5 lts of water,and add 500 gms of pasta to it.Add salt according to taste.Remember,italians recommend to put pasta to boiling water.After cooking the pasta for 15/20 mins, rinse the water from pasta.Pour some cold water through the pasta after rinseing.

Serve pasta and palak with some salat and you have a wonderful delicacy.
